We conduct interviews focusing on the most suitable candidates for the position, taking into account the requirements and the parameters established by our clients.

We validate with our clients the job description in order to focus on finding the most suitable candidates that lfills the role.

Our recruitment methods include employment portals, social networks, hunting, referral networks, our own networking and viral publications through our recruitment software for professionals. Depending on the search we use all or the most convenient one.

During the search process, we encourage holding meetings with HR. In this way, we can survey the needs, define strategies of search, know the environment of the position and understand the most relevant aspects of the organizational culture to perfect our profiles by hunting or staffing.

We assume the cost of notices and publications that are generated during the selection process that, in addition, is usually carried out in our offices. However, due to the current context, we have virtualized it, even enhancing its response times.
